Complyuva is a compliance technology platform. This page explains what we store, why we store it, and the cookies and browser storage the product relies on.
Data we hold
We store the firm, company, obligation, filing and document records you enter, plus the account details needed to authenticate users. Client data is scoped per firm and isolated at the database level, so one firm can never read another firm's records.
Cookies and browser storage
- Essential: session cookies and local storage keep you signed in and hold your sidebar/view preferences.
- Consent: your acceptance of the site disclaimer is stored locally in your browser so it is not shown again.
- Analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage counts help us understand which compliance tools are used. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers.
Retention and requests
Records are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards to satisfy audit-trail expectations. To request access, correction, export or deletion, write to support@complyuva.com.
